RAISING ACHIEVEMENT PLAN (RAP)

Below are copies of our Raising Achievement Plans detailing priorities and impact against Ofsted judgments.

The School’s key priorities for 2017-18 are as follows:

  • For pupils to experience “reading out aloud” on a regular basis resulting in 80% of pupils working above expected progress in reading.
  • For pupils who have an identified need around Cognition and Learning to secure accelerated progress from baseline entry into school.
  • For staff to actively participate in reflective supervisions resulting in improved wellbeing and an improvement of staff absence resulting in a reduction of at least 30% of days lost.
