I hope that you are all looking forward to attending school – I know we are all eager to welcome you back.

I just wanted to provide you with 4 clear messages to help you prepare for your first day back:

·         There is no requirement to wear school uniform until we review this on Friday 2nd October 2020. However, you have to attend school every day in clean clothes – if you don’t then spare clothes will be provided for you or your parent / carer will bring some in for you.

·         Upon arriving to school you will be directed to different entrance points to school, this is where you will complete your hand washing routines (those who attended before the summer holidays are familiar with this process).

·         You will be required to maintain the social distance of 1m+ throughout the day.

·         You must wear your medical snoods (and staff their visor) during transitions and in the corridors. If you require support with your work in class you must put your medical snoods up so staff can come within 1m+ to help you.

If you have any concerns around these request then please get in touch with Bev Bailey 07799742758 or lcross@elmwood.walsall.sch.uk
